How to change my telecom provider?

  2. After you have paid the invoice, your subscription will be processed. A couple of days later, you will receive from Belgian Telecom the SoloBox router with the confirmation of the activation date included.
  3. Cancel your current phone/internet subscription with your current operator (see 4.).

    4.1 How do I cancel my current telephony subscription ?
    You want to keep your phone number:
    When your number is ported to Belgian Telecom, your current operator will be automatically informed with a cancel request.

    If you want to keep your phone number, please complete the Letter of Authorization for the transfer of phone numbers.

    You want a new phone number:
    Only unsubscribe with your current operator, after you get an activation date by letter or email from us. Click here for an example resignation letter.

    4.2 How do I cancel my current ADSL/cable subscription ?

    4.3 How to cancel my mobile subscription (optional) ?
    Only unsubscribe with your current operator, after your simcard is activated with Belgian Telecom and the number porting is finished. Click here for an example resignation letter. Note: the credit of a prepaid SIM-card will not be transferred to the Belgian Telecom SIM-card.
